Refurbishments

Interior Systems Limited have over the years undertaken the refurbishment of a number of projects including restaurants, garages, shops and cafes.
Due to the wide level of skills our tradesmen have we can, in house, carry out all of the construction phases required to turn a shell into a fully completed space fit for the client’s requirements.
We do all types of stud work construction dry lining or plastering mf type plasterboard ceilings, suspended ceilings, carpentry and joinery, kitchen fitting, decorating and ceramics.
We have, over the years, worked alongside companies who we can rely on to carry out electrical and mechanical works, IT cabling, specialist damp proofing, steel work, flooring and specialist joinery products such as staircases and windows.
We have worked directly for clients or with local and off-island architects and main contractors to carry out either all or some phases of the work required.
Interior Systems are also able to provide CAD (computer aided design services) through a local company to create accurate plans so our clients can visualise their office space before any works are carried out.
Whether making alterations to an existing office or moving to new premises the CAD service can be an invaluable tool.
This aides the design process allowing the clients to better understand the space they will have even before any works are carried out.
Furniture and storage can then be procured while the works are ongoing along with all services for electrical, mechanical and plumbing so there is a constant flow of works up until the move in date.
This process limits any unnecessary hold ups or confusion as to the layouts as plans are distributed to all parties involved with the project.
Plans can be produced and sent on to the appropriate authorities to gain all building permits as required BEFORE any works are undertaken.
Therefore ISL can provide the full turn key process to enable our clients to realise their new office space
Some of our latest projects have been to convert office space into living accommodation and vice versa
